Upon completion of your order and payment being processed by STRIPE you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your specified e-mail address confirming your order placed.
If you spot an error in your order, please advise within 24h otherwise we cannot be held responsible.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please firstly check your spam or junk mailbox and then let us know immediately. It is the customers responsibility to advise us of this.
The final product may differ slightly from that shown in the preview image due to display preferences on each monitor or mobile device.
Colours may differ from that shown on the website due to visual translation from computer generated image to real product.
All colours are compliant with current H&S laws.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the material options, sizes and shapes chosen are correct before placing any order.
If any bespoke sizes or design work is requested, then it is the customers responsibility to ensure any previewed artwork is correct before going to print/manufacture.
All signs are printed using eco solvent inks and applied to the substrate by commercial grade vinyl.

We do not store any payment or card details.
Credit/Debit card numbers become encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption SSL Secured.
Personal card details are neither viewed nor stored.
All prices stated are shown exclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. Your confirmation email will show the VAT breakdown and presented as a VAT invoice.
Items are dispatched within 10 working days, If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time then we will contact you to advise of the delay.
All items will be despatched to the designated delivery address supplied by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address is correct prior to completing an order.
If any order is not received within 15 business days of despatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to either locate delivery. Please do not report an order as missing until 15 business days have passed from date of despatch. If your item is being shipped internationally then we require 30 business days to pass before an item can be reported as missing.
Items are shipped with either Royal Mail services or APC overnight courier. The service will be selected by ourselves unless otherwise specified.
If an item is returned due to being undeliverable for the following reasons then the customer is responsible for paying return/additional postage costs; Incorrect Address, No-one available to accept delivery, Significant delivery instructions not available, No delivery access.
All postal costs are specified upon payment.
Returns will be accepted and a credit will be issued upon receipt of item. Please note we cannot accept returns on personalised items including bespoke cut, manufactured or printed items.
Returned items will only be credited if the item is in a “New” condition and has not been used. Returns have to be agreed with our customer service team before.
We require photographic evidence or ask that the product is returned to us if damaged in the mail or faulty items.
We will only accept signs returned to us that have not being installed and notification of the error was made within 24 hours from receiving the faulty goods.
If items are received damaged, then will be replace as soon as we are notified to original order specifications.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time.
HealthSafteySigns.co.uk will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes or typographical errors made by the customer with relation to bespoke and designed artwork.
If when your order has been received, your order is not manufactured to your instructions you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods at the customers expense and receive either a full refund or replacement goods.
All of our signs carry a 12 month guarantee.
Any claim made within the 12 month guarantee needs be supported with visual evidence ie. photograph or return of the product.
The customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified Ebox Media Ltd and www.healthsafteysigns.co.uk against all claims, costs, demands and expenses against the Company or any of its employees, howsoever incurred, arising out of the printing or distribution by the Company of any matter that is or may be unlawful, criminal, tortuous or libellous, or that infringes or may infringe any copyright, patent or design.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance.
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
